[r]evolve announced today the “Artists and [R]evolutionaries” search — an open invitation for independent musicians to apply to [r]evolve to receive up to $20,000 in cross-media services.

“So many avenues now exist for talented musicians to get their music in front of fans, and through technology, it is quite possible for an artist to be quite successful without record label involvement. The unfortunate result of this is that many soon-to-be hot musicians miss out on the early brand-guidance and marketing muscle that labels provide. The Artists and [R]evolutionaries search is our way of helping the indie music industry as best we can.” said Charles Hinshaw, creative director at [r]evolve.
